Watercolor Wedding Inspiration - Richmond, VA

Man, you guys. Do you remember when I shot this incredible styled wedding inspiration shoot? It was in SEPTEMBER. That seems like forever ago. I did a little behind the scenes post at the time. But one of the unfortunate evils of styled shoots is that you can't share them right away! There's a long process of finding the right publisher who will share the images in their blog or magazine and then once they decide to take it, you're often waiting a few weeks, months, or I even waited a YEAR once, for them to publish it.

Luckily, our colorful art and watercolor themed wedding shoot was published recently by the sweet ladies of Dogwood Brides. It dawned on me recently that, oh yeah I can share those pictures now too!

This was truly Nicole's baby. Nicole is a wedding coordinator with Lettier Studio and for this shoot, she had a VISION. A bright, colorful vision! We did the whole shoot at The Montpelier Center for Arts and Education, which is where Nicole and I met! When we were both working on Ashley and Brian's wedding together. It was fun to take the inspiration from the venue and do an art theme... something I haven't seen a million times already. It turned out beautiful and I think it's the perfect inspiration for a spring wedding!

Thanks to all the amazing vendors who participated in this shoot.. and also to our gorgeous  models! You were all rock stars!
